We recommend going to your hair salon and have a hairstylist do it for you professionally. When done right they can blend amazingly well.
We recommend washing your Assorted Hair extensions every 10 wears, however, if you are using hairspray or styling products, wash & condition after 1 or 2 wears.
Always look at your hair color from the mid lengths to the ends as the color of your root can be a darker shade.
If you do have darker roots, don’t worry about it, Assorted Hair extensions will blend perfectly with the rest of your hair.
If you don’t already have balayage on your hair, choose the color of your natural hair. Your extensions will blend beautifully with your own hair.
If you do already have balayage on your hair, make sure that your hair matches the root color of the balayage extensions.
Hair straightener, curler and other tools can be used and will cause no damage to the extensions (Tested up to 250C or 482F)
Yes, since they are 100% Remy Human hair, they can be dyed. We recommend your hairstylist do it for you.

Avoid all hair products that contain sulfate and alcohol and any products that have the following on the ingredients list SLS, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Alcohol denat, Ethanol, SD alcohol 40, Propanol, Isopropyl, and Propyl.
Depending on how often you use them:
Swimming, showering or sleeping with your extensions is not recommended.
Remember, the better care the extensions get, the more they will last.
Treat them like your own hair.
Clip-In extensions are extremely easy to put on and it won’t take you longer than 5-10 minutes if you do it yourself.
From our personal experience and testing a lot of our hair extensions, we noticed little to no shedding. Same as your natural hair, extensions will shed a little, don’t worry if that happens. Be gentle while brushing your extensions, hold the part with clips in one hand while you brush with the other.

You can go to your local Post Office and pick it up yourself or you can call the courier it was delivered by and have it delivered to you the next day.

You will find a shipping address when you receive the order, go to your local Post Office and return the parcel to that same address. Keep the proof of postage and do not dispose of this until we have received the parcel back. Once your return has been received, we’ll send you an email to notify you whether you qualify for a refund or not.
Once the security seal on the box has been removed, we cannot offer a refund due to hygienic reasons. We sell 100% Remy human hair and we can’t re-sell it to someone else once it’s been out of the box. We take this very seriously.
