Processing Time
Processing time is anywhere between 5-7 business days. Your hair extensions come straight from the factory and are not stored in the warehouse where they lose on quality to ensure your hair is as fresh as possible. Hair extensions are not like any other product as they require good treatment from the very beginning.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number from the carrier. If you haven’t received an email within 7-10 days, please contact us.
